INDIA EARL AND LEVI TIJERINA
Growth Book
$125
This book has THIRTY activities for you to go through to help grow your business. You can go through the material on your own time, or you can try to do one thing a day or one a week. In addition to having 30 activities, some activities have what we call RX+, which essentially means, to go above and beyond the prescribed options. There are options to take these activities deeper and to further with them, meaning that youcan work through this book again and again to keep giving you inspiration or to keep you disciplined to doing the day-to-day tasks that can be easy to forget about. We all know that getting started is the hardest part, so this book is designed to help you get started!

About This Product

This book is about helping take your photography or filmmaking business tothe next level. It’s about expanding your business and providing growth. It’s meant to challenge you, inspire you, and push you creatively. Our goal is that you will exceed your business expectations and work to build a brand that is rooted in longevity.
This book is intended to be completed on a regular rhythm, whether that means daily, weekly, or whatever schedule works best for you. Each day or week, based on how you choose to complete the book, there will be a new activity. This is designed in a “tapas style” approach, which means that you’ll be doing one or two small things that help build and grow your business during each session. With that being said, we value your life outside of work just as much as life inside of work. Therefore, not all of the tasks are directly business related. As you work, depending on the day, you’ll see two (or more) kinds of activities:

RX: This is the prescribed activity that we suggest for you.
RX+: This is one step further than the prescription. If you’re going through the book more than once, we suggest completing the RX+ versions. Or if you’ve already completed a task, we suggest you push yourself with this activity instead.

Stress Points

If you ever get to an activity that seems like it is overwhelming or too intense/intimate/uncomfortable, then that is likely a sign of a stress point in your business. It doesn’t mean you are doing anything wrong, but it does mean that there may be some things you may need to address. In some cases they will be fears that need to be overcome, but in other instances, it might showcase a weakness in your team or that you may need to have partners in developing your business. These stress points are normal. That’s why this book exists in the first place.

Typically, when we encounter stress points, our first reaction is to ignore the problem. This time, when you encounter a stress point, we encourage you to work through it. Ask yourself more questions about why that particular area is a challenge for you. Take the time to wrestle with it.

Growing a business is hard work—but with the right resources, it’s not as hard as we sometimes imagine it to be. We hope this gives you an opportunity to discover entirely new things about yourself, your business, and your goals.

What They’re Saying

  1. Matthew Lim Photography

If you’re like me, you are just kind of doing what you see other people are doing and hoping to grow through it. I’m finding that only works to an extent and that I need an extra push to quote, "level up." As I’ve worked through it, Growth has been what I have need to stab at the dark less and begin to meaningfully, intentionally, and comprehensively grow. Incredibly detailed and thought through, the exercises are what takes Growth to the next level, in my opinion. It’s what separates it from everyone that has told you, “Here is what I’ve done, maybe it’ll work for you.”, and gives you concrete steps through which you can uniquely build your business off of. But, don’t buy this if you don’t want to put in the work to grow. At least that is what I told myself. And it’s true.

  2. For His Glory Photos

I just downloaded "GROWTH" and haven't had a chance to go through it in detail, but I am excited to start! I am just starting my business and just reading through the exercises and the topics covered, there are some invaluable tips and strategies that will help me stay focused and hopefully skip some of the frustrations of getting started. Could not have come at a better time!

  3. Anni Graham

I read through it all and it’s really amazing. I feel like you covered so much in such a practical way!

About Levi Tijerina

See Levi’s Commercial Work

I’m Levi Tijerina and I’m a photographer based out of Colorado. After a long career in weddings, I developed Growth because I wanted to create a system and rhythm that wedding photographers could take to grow their businesses. When you first start out, it’s so hard to know where to begin or what to do next. I wanted to de-mystify that experience by giving other photographers bite-sized, tangible tasks they could do on a regular basis to help grow their business.

In 2018, I joined up with the filmmaking company White in Revery in order to launch their photography brand and to become a business integrator for their team. This book was edited by them and includes insights from their team as well.

While I still photograph weddings, developing my business and building my brand strategically has allowed me the time and opportunity to launch other brands, including a creative agency (Sett), as well as multiple podcasts, and other ventures.
